Refund policy

Reservation cancellation: 
 Reservations will be canceled and Refund will be issued if deposit/ final  payments does not  meet our "14"day or "48" hour requirements.

Clay Chairs Tents and Events has 10 business days to refund payment 

 Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before time of rental. 15% cancellation fee will be charged to your refund. 
If customer doesn’t meet the timeframe of 48 hours prior cancellation notice then customer pays 100% of rental cost.  

*Wedding packages & Party Packages greater then $700 cancellation notice must be made 30 days prior to event date In order to receive refund. 
Weather refund does not apply. 
Deposits are non refundable 

Weather Refunds 

If there is rain forecasted 60% Clay Chairs Tents and Events Rentals will allow customer to decide whether or not to cancel or postpone party. If chosen to cancel with a 48 hour notice, Clay Chairs Tents and Events will offer full refund or credit towards next event.
Once equipment is delivered to customer or if not notified 48 hours prior too rental time then customer pays 100% of the rental cost - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Clay Chairs Tents And Events wants everyone to enjoy our rental equipment but also, We value safety! All event postponements or cancellations are done in the interest of all party guests. We will work collaboratively with you to figure out a best course of action for all changes to your party.
